Tevi Troy

Tevi Troy is a senior fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center and a former deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He is the author of four books about the presidency, including Shall We Wake the President? Two Centuries of Disaster Management from the Oval Office (Rowman & Littlefield, 2016).
