Jonathan H. Adler is the inaugural Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Business Law and Regulation at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he teaches courses in environmental, administrative, and constitutional law.
The author of three books on environmental policy (see below) and over a dozen book chapters, Mr. Adler’s articles have appeared in publications ranging from the Harvard Environmental Law Review and Supreme Court Economic Review to the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.
Mr. Adler is also a senior fellow at the Property and Environment Research Center, a board member of the Foundation for Research on Economics and the Environment, a contributing editor to National Review Online, and a regular contributor to the popular legal blog The Volokh Conspiracy.
