Joel Garreau

Joel Garreau is a scholar and journalist, who serves as the Lincoln Professor of Law, Culture and Values at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Previously, he was a fellow at Cambridge University, the University of California at Berkeley, and George Mason University, and an editor at Washington Post.
